News Letter From ME! Just click the link below!

April is here! With Spring comes new beginnings, as a new cycle begins. This is the opportunity to start a new beginning as a property owner. The market is blooming with incredible deals. Don't miss the opportunity to jump in the property game. Prices have fallen to incredible levels and the interest rates are still low. However, the forecast is for interest rates to continue to rise as the year progresses. Currently, the rates are 4.5% for a 30 year fix, up from 4% or below.
I am seeing some incredible deals in the market place on tracks of land, commercial properties and new residential construction. Many builders are selling at or below construction cost. Bank owned properties are all over the board, from smaller homes to homes over a million. We can find these homes substantially under tax value. If you would like a list of foreclosures or third party owned properties, call me today!

Don’t get left behind!! As always, if you or someone you know might be interested in Real Estate, whether it be commercial, residential, land or investment property, do not hesitate to give me a call today! And remember, you have a friend in the Real Estate business!
