April is here! With Spring comes new beginnings, as a new cycle begins. This is the opportunity to start a new beginning as a property owner. The market is blooming with incredible deals. Don't miss the opportunity to jump in the property game. Prices have fallen to incredible levels and the interest rates are still low. However, the forecast is for interest rates to continue to rise as the year progresses. Currently, the rates are 4.5% for a 30 year fix, up from 4% or below.
